I'm are

Despite his exceptional mastery of the English language (considering he is only three years old), BallFiend comes up with a few of his own 'versions' of words and sayings. My current favourites are:

  • tryin'gale or trigangle for triangle
  • I'm are for I am
  • I never seen this [x] before (where x = any number of things that he most definitely has seen before, including our house, the locale park, a plate in our kitchen, etc., etc.)
  • using masculine pronouns when referring to his baby sister, eg. 'why is he crying?' or 'put him back in your tummy'.
